Metro Ride LLC (dba Metro Cab & Metro Car Private Driver) reserves the right to send you a promotional email and or text messages. Messages will contain an option to opt-out of future similar communications.

Metro Ride LLC (dba Metro Cab & Metro Car Private Driver) due to the number of variables involved in transportation and things beyond our control, you agree that Metro Cab cannot be held financially responsible for failure to do so.

 

Metro Cab reserves the right to request advance payment of a reservation fee in certain situations. Reservation fees are non-refundable however the fee can be applied to the cost of a ride if the ride occurs as initially scheduled. 

 

Metro Cab reserves the right to reject service to any individual passenger or group of passengers.
